Buttercream Martini Pinnacle Whipped Vodka Recipe

This + beach = The Golden Ticket.

I was recently introduced to Pinnacle Whipped vodka by a colleague of mine. These are basically flavored vodkas that come in a variety of tastes, from cherry to cotton candy.  The other day I set out to try out one of these new flavors, and came back with a bottle of Pinnacle Whipped Chocolate vodka.  Let’s see what kind of trouble we can get into.

I will admit I have issues when it comes to mixing drink flavors.  Food?  No problem there.  However I am pretty blue collar when it comes to drinks.  Yes I like Budweiser, and my mixed drinks have normally been plain old Bacardi and coke or Vodka and sprite.

I understand that is not very adventurous. This is chocolate though.  And there just happened to be a bottle of butterscotch Schnapps right next to the Pinnacle whipped chocolate vodka. And last I checked, butterscotch and chocolate go pretty well together.  It’s almost as if the gods were shining on me, lending a hand to my handicapped drink mixes.

A little bit later, with the addition of some half and half, a frosty white concoction lay in my hand.  A few sips, and I was transported to Willy Wonka land, visions of candy bars swirling in my brain.  If there was a drink equivalent of a Snickers bar, this was it.  Chocolate butterscotch goodness.
